Join Muskogee’s celebration of the life and legacy of Bass Reeves in this informative and interactive tour following the walking beat of Bass Reeves during his time as a Muskogee Police Officer 1907-1910. Costumed guides tell the stories of Muskogee's rough and tumble time after statehood. Re-enactors representing other figures important to Muskogee and Oklahoma history will board the bus to tell their own stories. But keep your valuables hidden because there is an Outlaw or two on the loose! On return to the old Depot (Three Rivers Museum), you might just see an Old West shootout between Marshals & Outlaws! Don't forget your camera's. Register early as seating is limited and seats will be available on a first come, first served basis. This event is not appropriate for small children. Due to the summer heat, getting off the bus will be kept to a minimal amount and water will be on hand for each guest. ***This tour is on Saturday, June 22nd only***
